Dimbox 12 is a digital 'one phase' 12-fold dimmerpack. There are two designs: portalbe and wall-mounted. The portable type is well suited for small theatre productions, bands, exhibitions. The wall-mounted type fits well in architectural environment: shops, musea etc.
DimBOX12 is based on the same electronic design as dimBLOCK and dimmypack: electronic power management based on RMS current measurement. It guarantees an overload free operation, which prevents any component stress. DimBOX12 can handle a 1[kW] channel load and a total pack load of 7,2 kW (by mains 32A). This design is extremely noiseless because of the absence of a blower.
The user interface of dimBOX12 is the same as the interface of the other Theater Technisch Lab dimmers. There is one remarkable difference: you can create and store scenes directly on the dimBOX. And you can play back those scenes with a remote preset controller. This means in some situations you don't need a seperate lighting control desk.

Flatpack R2 to dimm ALL kind of lamps
FLATpack is a DMX512 steered, 16-fold short circuit proof dimmer, based on dimming with IGBT. The maximum load for each dimmer is 220[W], and the total pack load is 3500[W].
FLATpack is designed to drive inductive and capacitive loads, which makes it suitable to dim almost ALL light sources. Smoothly it will dim lamps with conventional trafo's as well as lamps with electronic trafo's, standard halogen lamps, LED lines, LED fluorescent light and LED bulbs and, the just new on the market, 230volt Acriche LEDs.
This makes FLATpack the solution when you need dimmed interior light in an DMX steered environment. For example in theatres, exhibition halls, museums, film studio's, cinema's, disco's and architectural lighting.
On the front panel you can set the DMX-address and select a control curve for each dimmer with the aid of a three digit led display and some push buttons. All settings are stored permanently in memory.
Easy installation: with five 8-pole WAGO cage clamp connectors (included in the delivery). Easy use: all instructions on front panel.
FLATpack is fully digital- and a 100% printed circuit board design; there are no internal wirings. It comes in a flat (height=49[mm]) aluminium housing.

POWER-DAC8-TL
PowerDAC8 TL is primarily designed to control dimmable electronic ballast (from PHILIPS, OSRAM, and HUCO) with DMX512 instead of 1-10V. There for it has an analogue output of 0-10V and a power switch, both controllable by the same DMX channel. The power switch is meant to switch the mains power of the ballast. The power switches have a hybrid structure; a snubberless triac handles the switching current and a relay the steady current. Switching action takes place at mains zero voltage crossing. Because of that all, each channel can control for example 18 ballasts with 50W lamps. One must realize that an electronical ballast can create an inrush current of about 20A. Read the ballast specification for that!
powerDAC8-TL can also be used as a DMX controlled switchpack with an additional demultiplexer. By internal jumper you can change settings, see features
